Background: 
Belle emerged on a night when the shamal winds were blowing, bringing down the temperature, but the beach was protected from the wind given its its southern orientation. She was spotted by Aiman from SPC, and was tagged by rangers from the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (L0059EAD and R0058EAD) and measured in at 68 cm in curved carapace length. With the generous sponsorship of Nokia, she joins the other turtles which are sending signals to help conservationists and wildlife managers design suitable conservation strategies, as they inform us of their migration routes and feeding grounds.
